When you enable a Mend U protocol, we provide you with a helpful printout that can be shared with patients. This printout includes all the instructions they need to get started. Each protocol is specific to the survey a patient is undergoing.
After scanning the QR code, patients are instructed to enter the date of their surgery. This will enroll them in the protocol, which is entirely delivered via SMS. This works even if the patients survey date is in the past.
